Thank you so much for reaching out and letting me know. I’m really sorry that there wasn’t a teacher present when you arrived this morning. That’s definitely not okay, and I completely understand how frustrating and inconvenient it must have been—not just for you, but for the other families as well.
It wasn’t a scheduling issue, but the staff member who was supposed to be there was late. I’ve followed up with them, and we’re taking steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again. I truly appreciate your understanding.
